| Warranty | Charging station is covered by a 2 year warranty. Customers can purchase extended warranty for 1 year at 10% of the equipment price. |

| Specified conditions | - | In case the revenue received by GINKA is less than the specified amount, and the charging station has been installed for more than 1 month, the area owner must pay GINKA revenue guarantee: • 7.2 kWh: Area owner guarantees revenue of 2,000 Baht/month. • 22 kWh: Area owner guarantees revenue of 2,400 Baht/month. |
